Wisconsin Wing Summer Encampment
28 June – 05 July 2014, Volk Field Air National Guard Base
Summer Encampment provides the formative experience for CAP cadets and serves to springboard them into the full CAP cadet experience. During encampment cadets will learn those skills that set CAP cadets apart: attention to detail, teamwork, uniform wear, drill and ceremonies, and overcoming adversity.
Encampment also provides cadets experiences they cannot get anywhere else. Whether it is experiencing the Warrior Skills Trainer, learning land navigation skills, seeing how rescue personnel handle collapsed buildings, or watching F-16 fighters fly overhead – encampment is truly a unique experience.
