Lunch Keynote Speaker: Energizing Youth with Aviation

Mr. Dorcey, an Air Force Veteran, is a former Aviation Consultant with the WisDOT Bureau of

Aeronautics and currently works as the Operations Manager at Wittman Regional Airport in

Oshkosh. He has been an airline transport rated pilot and flight instructor for more than 30 years. He is also a certificated aircraft mechanic and airworthiness inspector.

A charter member of the Wisconsin Aviation Hall of Fame, he serves as secretary/treasurer of the organization.  John became interested in flying when he took a “Penny-a-Pound” airplane ride as a young boy.
