Milwaukee Composite Squadron learns about aviation first-hand
Milwaukee Composite Squadron #5 spent most of April learning about aviation during several field trip opportunities. Members were able to tour the Boeing Aircraft Plan, Scott Air Force Base and the St. Louis Air and Space Museum. These trips offered some great insight to members on aviation history as well as what the future can hold for our Cadets!
Our members also participated in the April 8th Honor Flight at General Billy Mitchell Field. Participating in Honor Flights is an important way for us as a Squadron to show our appreciation and honor those who have served our country.
We ended April with our Wisconsin Wing Conference held in Chippewa Falls. Cadets from our Squadron were there to present the colors, participate in Honor Guard and to present the POW/MIA table. These Cadets did a fantastic job and their efforts were much appreciated.
