November Commander’s Corner
A culture of training is vital to the success of each Civil Air Patrol member and Wisconsin Wing. We all learn differently through visual, audible or hands on methods but we also need mentoring.
We all want to do a good job, but need the tools, mentoring and encouragement to be successful. What do YOU need to be successful? Do you have a mentor (or mentors)? Is your squadron providing the tools YOU need to learn? Do you know where to find additional resources? Do you have questions and can’t find answers? If you need help, ASK! Ask your commanders, mentors and attend every training opportunity you can within our wing. Remember learning doesn’t just happen at the squadron.
I am passionate about taking care of our members. We need each of you to be productive, contributing members and offer opportunities for YOU to reach YOUR goals! Where do you want to GROW?
I appreciate each and every member’s positive contributions. Wisconsin Wing, you make me the proudest wing commander in all of Civil Air Patrol.
Train Safe and Train Often!
