Wisconsin –November:  Leaves are falling, the air is getting colder and the holidays are just around the corner.  In Civil Air Patrol that can only mean one thing.  It is time to get ready for Wreaths Across America.  Every December, thousands of CAP members and other groups throughout the country, honor veterans by laying wreaths at over 500 national cemetery locations.

This year is no exception.  What started 20 years ago by the Worcester Wreath Co. in Harrington, Maine as a way to use extra wreaths, the tradition continues to grow.  As word spreads about this show of respect and honor, Country Woman, a magazine published by Reiman Publications in Greendale, Wis., wrote an article about the event which is held every year on the second Saturday of December.
