Civil Air Patrol Featured in Aero News Network

The e-Zine, Aero News Network has given Civil Air Patrol (CAP) excellent coverage regarding their mission as “sitting ducks” for North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) fighter aircraft.  CAP gives NORAD crews practice in hunting and intercepting, low and slow potential threats.  CAP flies “threatening” profiles for Air Force, Air National Guard and Coast Guard units across the country, including Wisconsin.

Click the link below for an article in which Wisconsin is mentioned for their rule in training the Air National Guard.  The training paid off when a Canadian decided to breech the airspace of the United States.
